Refund policy
Plain terms for when you get your money back.
Card holds
If you placed a card hold when you sent your request, it isn't a charge. We release it if we decline your home or if you ask us to cancel before we decide. We charge it only when we approve your home, and the refund terms below apply from then on.
Before we start work
If you change your mind before we send the first request to any outside website, agent, brokerage, or MLS contact, we refund the full $349.
If we can't show a result
If we cannot verify removal or public suppression of any identified target photo, floor plan, or virtual tour by day 60, we refund your service fee.
- This covers the case where nothing we identified is verified removed or suppressed. If some targets are cleared and others remain, that is partial success and does not qualify for this refund.
- Individual sites may keep showing some content. We cannot guarantee complete removal from every site.
- An optional Google Street View blur request does not count toward this result on its own.
- "Day 60" is counted from the day your onboarding is complete. It is the day of our recheck, after the 45-day active window. "Verified" means we checked independently and kept dated evidence; a submitted request or a page that won't load doesn't count.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank decides how long it takes to appear on your statement.
